4 Day Tanzania Adventure Safari

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha.

You will receive a short safari briefing covering the program, accommodations, and essential travel information.

After breakfast in Arusha, you will be picked up by your professional safari driver-guide for a short briefing before departing to Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire is renowned for its vast savannah landscapes, majestic baobab trees, and seasonal swamps. The park is particularly famous for its large elephant herds that gather along the life-giving Tarangire River, especially during the dry season.

During your game drive, you may encounter a variety of wildlife including giraffes, bushbucks, hartebeests, zebras, and warthogs. Buffaloes and wildebeests are also common, often followed by predators such as lions. Leopards are occasionally sighted, while cheetahs are more elusive.

Enjoy excellent wildlife viewing from the open roof of your safari vehicle, allowing panoramic views and exceptional photographic opportunities. Later in the afternoon, proceed to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, traveling through the scenic highlands where the Iraqw people cultivate wheat, coffee, and maize.

You will pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro Crater along the way.

Arrive in the Serengeti around midday and begin your game drive. As Tanzania’s largest national park, the Serengeti features diverse landscapes including endless grassy plains, acacia-dotted savannah, swamps, lakes, and rocky outcrops known as kopjes.

The Serengeti hosts the world-famous Great Migration, where vast herds of wildebeest and zebras move in search of fresh grazing. Depending on the season, you may witness thousands of animals traversing the plains. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or camp inside the park.

Enjoy a full day of exploration in the Serengeti. Early morning game drives offer the best chance to witness predators in action as the sun rises over the plains.

The park supports one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. In addition to large herds of wildebeest and zebra, you may encounter gazelles and impalas, which attract predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs. The Serengeti is particularly known for its strong lion population.

After an extensive day of wildlife viewing, return to your camp or lodge for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, depart the Serengeti and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a game drive inside the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater.

The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its unique ecosystem supports an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, lions, hippos, and, with some luck, the endangered black rhino.

Following your crater tour and picnic lunch, ascend the crater rim and begin your return journey to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening.
