HezronCelebrating more than twenty-three (23) years in running Tanzania safaris, Hezron Asunga is one of the country’s oldest and most respected tour guides. Hezron founded Across Tanzania Expeditions in 2006. He grew up in the shadows of African Wildlife, where he cohabited with the wild animals, developing a deep interest in and sincere passion for all living creatures.

We believe, with his extensive knowledge and experience, combined with our intense love of our country, nature, and it’s wonderful diversity of animal life, we always give our client’s the best bush experience possible in Africa.

It is at the headquarters in Arusha where all accommodations are secured by the reservation department headed by Stella Makundi. Here, Hezron heads the transport department as well, assigniung all the quality experienced driver/guides. He also handles the maintenance department that ensures each Land Cruiser undergoes an extensive check before starting out on a safari.
